Return Policy

​Online Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns for all our products purchased online. You can return unopened/unworn items in the original packaging/condition within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all refunds.  If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify you via email, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchased price LESS any shipping charges and the 15% restocking fee. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days of receipt.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/discontinued items are non-refundable.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of your purchase. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@shopeyecare.com with details of the product and the defect.

Our eShop does not process direct exchanges on product other than defective goods. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Online Return/Exchange Procedures

  • Contact us at info@westcoasteshop.com to request a refund/exchange.

  • Once you received an email reply about your request, you can download, print off, and complete a Return Form if you do not already have one.

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition. Please ensure all returned goods are well packaged, to avoid any damage during transit.

  • A completed RETURN FORM must accompany each return/exchange. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

  • Please remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us.

  • Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, and return to the following address:

Returns are normally processed within 2-3 working days of us receiving your return.  For exchange of defective products, upon receipt of the products, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling/processing charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
